Check out which fighters won performance bonuses from UFC Fight Night: Dos Anjos vs. Lee.

The Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, New York was home to a entertaining night of fights, loaded with finishes for hungry fight fans. The card saw five (T)KOs, four submissions, and four unanimous decisions.

Fight of the Night: Aspen Ladd vs. Sijara Eubanks

Aspen Ladd and Sijara Eubanks had a fantastic back-and-forth scrap that saw Ladd control the majority of the fight after coming close to being stopped at the end of round one. The undefeated Californian maintained her composure and sought submissions throughout the contest. Eubanks did well on her feet at the end of the first, and likely took the third round, but it was round two that was the decider, and Ladd dominated it completely, possibly to a 10-8 score. The third round was a standup free-for-all with both women swinging absolute bombs at each other. Eubanks looked to land the harder, cleaner shots, but in the end, it was Ladd who took the decision in a really fun rematch. Aspen Ladd gets the win and both women take home a $50,000 bonus.

Performances of the Night: Michel Pereira & Grant Dawson

Grant Dawson was too much for Michael Trizano tonight, owning the first round with great wrestling and heavy knees. Round two saw Trizano turning the tides with some good standup, working a stiff jab that was finding a home on Dawson’s face. Dawson smartly changed levels, though, and ended up in full mount off a body lock takedown. He immediately stretched Trizano and locked up the rear-naked choke, forcing the tap. Grant Dawson gets the win and a $50,00 bonus.

Michel Pereira needed less than two minutes to send Danny Roberts to Sleepytown. After a showy somersault kick and superman punch, Michel launched a flying knee that landed flush, then followed up with a rocket right that knocked “Hot Chocolate” out cold. In my humble opinion, this will most likely be a candidate for KOTY. Hopefully Michel slipped a coin in Danny’s glove for the ferryman. Michel Pereira gets the victory and a $50,000 bonus.
