Another exciting Russian fighter is coming to the UFC.

The promotion has signed undefeated Chechen welterweight Adam Khaliev (6-0), MVC Sports Management CEO Mike Constantino informed MMAFighting.com on Tuesday.

Khaliev, a former Russian Combat Sambo champion, world kickboxing champion and three-time Russian Kudo champion, is considered one of the more dynamic strikers coming out of Russia. It is unknown at this time when he’ll debut inside the Octagon.

Khaliev joins fellow Red Fury Fight Team members Khabib Nurmagomedov, Adlan Amagov and Alexandra Albu in the UFC.
“I am very excited to see Adam fight inside the UFC Octagon,” Constantino stated in a release. “The Russian fighters that [MVC Sports Management VP of international affairs] Sam Kardan and I have brought to the UFC so far are very talented and bring a fresh set of martial arts disciplines. You have all seen it with Khabib, who is showcasing his art of Combat Sambo, and now Adam is looking forward to introducing his art of Kudo to the UFC fans.”

Khaliev was responsible for one of the best knockouts of 2012, which can be seen below.
