Check out the fights lined up for UFC Vegas 31 on Saturday, July 17th.
With UFC 264 out of the way, the Octagon returns to the UFC APEX in Las Vegas for a Fight Night card that was supposed to feature Max Holloway vs. Yair Rodriguez in the main event. Unfortunately Holloway withdrew due to injury and no replacement was found to face Rodriguez, so instead we’re gonna see lightweight contenders Islam Makhachev and Thiago Moises in the five-round headliner spot.
The co-main event is former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Miesha Tate coming out of a five-year retirement to take on Marion Reneau, for whom retirement is nearing. Tate hasn’t fought since her UFC 205 loss to Raquel Pennington but she intends to not just come back but make another run at the title.
