See what happened on the scales for the latest offering from the UFC APEX.
This week’s UFC card features two light-heavyweights hoping to progress in the 205 lb title picture. One of them, Anthony Smith, has been there before; having fought Jon Jones for the title back in 2019. The other, Ryan Spann, is looking to crack into the top ten and build off a TKO win over Misha Cirkunov last time out.
There’s more light heavyweights in the co-main with Ion Cutelaba taking on Devin Clark. There’s also last year’s viral star Joaquin Buckley vs. Antonio Arroyo and former KSW champ Ariana Lipski, who has had a tough go of it in the UFC thus far, versus Mandy Bohm.
Buried on the prelim card is a bout between former title challenger Raquel Pennington and former TUF finalist Pannie Kianzad. The prelims also feature Mike Rodriguez vs. Tafon Nchukwi and Brandon Jenkins vs. Rong Zhu.
Before any of that happens, though, all these fighters had to beat the scales (and their COVID tests).
