Press Release – TORONTO, Ont. (Canada) – On Sunday, June 24th 2012 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm, Grant Brothers Boxing and MMA Gym will host its second annual summer barbeque with a special twist: UFC rising star Rory MacDonald will co-host the event.

Rory MacDonald has recently made headlines by issuing a challenge to MMA legend B.J Penn to fight in Toronto on the UFC card in September, which B.J Penn gladly accepted.

The Grant Brothers BBQ will include plenty of fun giveaways, including free food, free drinks from our sponsors Rockstar Energy and GP8 Water, as well as free giveaways courtesy of our friends over at Hayabusa and Redstar BJJ.

In addition to special guest host Rory MacDonald, the BBQ will also be co-hosted by UFC Fighters Sean Pierson and Antonio Carvalho, as well as NABA undefeated Super Featherweight champion Logan “Cotton” McGuinness and Undefeated Canadian Welterweight boxer Phil Lo Greco.

Grant Brothers MMA Gym is located at 4884 Dufferin Street, unit 6 in Toronto, Ontario, just south of Steeles Avenue and just North of Finch Avenue. For more details on the Grant Brothers MMA Gym summer barbecue, call 416-736-7770, email [email protected] or inquire at reception.
