Hey, it worked for Matt Serra.

Do you wanna be a f—in’ flyweight?

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will crown a new 125-pound division No. 1 contender at the conclusion of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 24, which begins filming on FOX Sports 1 this June and wraps with a live season finale in December.

That’s right, win TUF 24 and get a crack at the flyweight crown (still not as goofy as this).

Tryouts for TUF 24 are scheduled for Monday, April 25, 2016 at 8 a.m. PT inside Palace Station Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, and will be open to all competitors aged 21-34. That said, reality show hopefuls are required to have at least three professional fights with a winning record.

TUF 24 premieres Weds., Aug. 24 on FOX Sports 1.

Applications can be downloaded at http://www.ufc.com/TUF24 but keep in mind you have to show up with your gear ready to train, which includes grappling and hitting pads. In addition, the official selection process could last through April 30, so be prepared to hang around “Sin City” for a couple of days.
