The sport of MMA just got a little more insane.
Usually the sport of MMA involves two fighters squaring off against each other in a cage or a ring.
But at early Saturday morning’s URCC 77 event, that all went out the window. Two teams of three met at the event, which took place at Cove Manila in Manila, Philippines. Team Philippines was awarded the win over Team China, but the exact result is unclear.

According to the Powcast Sports Instagram account, Team Philippines beat Team China in the 3 vs. 3 MMA fight. Watch the winning team’s celebration below, including some very interesting dancing:
This wasn’t the first time more than two people faced off in a cage or ring at the same time. In a video feature for SBN MMA, UFC middleweight Elias Theodorou and UFC light heavyweight Misha Cirkunov reacted to a team MMA bout at a Team Fighting Championships event last year.
URCC 77 was headlined by a middleweight title bout between Chris Hofmann and Musa Conteh, per Tapology.
