Former featherweight champion Jose Aldo just elevated his rivalry with champ champ Henry Cejudo,

Former UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo will not give up on chasing a title shot against the current bantamweight title holder, Henry Cejudo.

Even though he just dropped a split decision to top contender Marlon Moraes at UFC 245, which also marked Aldo’s 135 debut, the Brazilian believes there might still be a chance to score a crack at the belt anyway.

Cejudo, for one, seems to be down for the title shot and has been taunting Aldo for the past week, calling himself the ‘King of Rio,’ while campaigning for a battle against Jose in Rio de Janeiro. Tuesday night on Twitter, the Brazilian replied to Henry’s trash talk by posting a video of himself at a firing range, shooting at a picture of the ‘Messenger’ with a machine gun.

Just before the action starts, Aldo looks at the camera and sends a message to Cejudo, saying that’s what he will do to the champion. You can watch the full footage below.

“Henry Cejudo, while you are on vacation, I’m here. Watch what I’ll do to your head.” Aldo said.

“Hasta la vista, baby!” Aldo added.

A few hours after Aldo’s post, Cejudo replied to Jose’s tweet, saying he will need a bigger gun and calling the Brazilian a Mexican version of UFC president, Dana White.

The loss to Moraes put Jose Aldo (28-6) on a two-fight losing streak, with a unanimous decision defeat to newly-crowned featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski earlier this year. His most recent win was a February TKO win over contender Renato Moicano.
