Kalyl Silva’s kickboxing debut is coming up.
MMA fans of a certain age might remember seeing Anderson Silva celebrating his defence of the UFC middleweight title by bringing his children into the ring. Back then, his two sons looked all swallowed up in their sharp black suits.
Well, those boys are all grown up now. And they are both following in their father’s footsteps. If, in this case, the apples don’t fall far from the tree, watch out world.
Gabriel Silva, 24, is an undefeated amateur kickboxer and an IKF Southern California champion. His next bout in on August 13 against IKF Northern California champion Kristian Acevedo at FightersRep 10 on August 13.
Kalyl Silva, 22, a pro soccer player with the United Premier Soccer League, will make his kickboxing debut on that card, taking on Anthony Reynaga.
The youngest Silva has been sharing his training footage over TikTok. And his moves look very familiar.
Watch below to check out ‘The Spider’’s youngest son both work pads and spar with a level of finesse and confidence you wouldn’t expect from someone about to make their debut.

Gabriel and Kalyl’s dad is currently enjoying his opportunity to take big money fights in the boxing ring. Something he wasn’t able to do until he was released from the UFC late last year. In his first post-UFC boxing match Silva beat former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.
Now, it is rumoured, that Silva is eyeing a fight versus YouTuber Logan Paul.
