Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion, Conor McGregor, told the mixed martial arts (MMA) community that anyone looking for trouble could find him at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Moscow, Russia.
I guess that explains why this angry fan, who shouted at McGregor during a recent public appearance, launched a soda bottle at the “Notorious” whiskey czar. Fortunately for all parties involved, his aim was terrible and nobody got hurt.
What comes around, goes around.
In the embedded video above, you can hear McGregor carrying on about Russian supermarkets. He’s referring to the time local grocers were selling chicken named “McGregor” in allegiance to current UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
McGregor is currently on a press tour with one of his sponsors and declared that he would be making his UFC return in January, though nothing has been confirmed at this time. Right now his priority should be to get out of Russia in one piece.
