UFC Fight Night 162: “Maia vs. Askren” is set to go down on Sat., Oct. 26, 2019 inside Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore on ESPN+. The card will feature a headlining act between two of the best grapplers in the world, as Ben Askren will look to get back in the winner’s circle by taking out Demian Maia.
But the action doesn’t end there, as Michael Johnson will take on Stevie Ray in a hard-hitting Lightweight affair, while Frank Camacho takes on Beneil Dariush, also at 155 pounds.
Indeed, the card boasts a bevy of combatants who know a thing or two about finishing fights, and UFC has the video to proof it. Ahead of the event, the promotion unleashed the top finishes for some of the fighters competing in Singapore.
From Johnson’s brutal knockout of former title contender, Dustin Poirier, to Beniel’s knockout over James Vick and Maia’s first-round submission over Carlos Condit (full fight here), there are several stoppage victories on display highlighting the power of the men competing Saturday. Now it remains to be seen if fight fans get treated to some of the same in Singapore.
