The main event of UFC Fight Island 4 saw Holly Holm defeat Irene Aldana by a one-sided unanimous decision. Holm had success in the first two rounds of the fight with her leg kicks and punches, rocking Aldana in the second round with a big left hand. The third and fourth rounds were much the same as Holm mixed in some takedowns with her strikes. “The Preacher’s Daughter” continued to dominate right until the end of the fight, rocking Aldana again in the final round with a big head kick as she got back to her feet.

Aldana presses with a left and an inside leg kick. Right cross from Aldana, but Holm presses back with a combo. Low leg kick from Holm. Holm with a power combo and a side kick. Huge left hook wobbles Aldana! Side kick again. Straight left from Holm. Aldana spins and misses. Lead left stuns Aldana again. Holm ducks under for a takedown but eats a knee. Inside leg kick. Holm pushes her into the fence. She trips Aldana to the mat with 1:45 to go. Holm trying to pass but can’t. She gets back to her feet and kicks the legs. Andana is up. Inside leg kick from Aldana. Holm with two lefts and a side kick. She looks extra crisp with her striking tonight. Side kick again
