Ahead of UFC 246, we were sent numerous recipes for fancy artisanal cocktails based on Conor McGregor’s Proper Number Twelve Whiskey. And since we had no mixologists on staff, we had the person with the heftiest liver and a camera, Matt Ryan, try his hand at making some of these drinks that people who have much cooler haircuts and tattoos have concocted.

PROPER PUNCH
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Proper No. Twelve Whiskey
1 12oz can of lemonade
1 cup fresh lemon juice
250 ml red wine
3 lemons, sliced into wheels, for garnish
Directions: In a large punch bowl, Add Proper Twelve Whiskey, Lemonade and Fresh Lemon Juice. Refrigerate overnight. Add ice and stir. Top with red wine and lemon slices for garnish.
CHAMP CHAMP TODDY

Ingredients:
2.oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
.75 oz lemon juice
.50 honey syrup
.25 ginger syrup
5oz hot water
Lemon wheel with Clove
Shaved cinnamon on top
