Yeah this is definitely a thing that is happening.
If you thought the next Triller PPV would just be normal boxing (with musical performances mixed in), you are sorely mistaken.
Former UFC champion and current ONE Championship middleweight Vitor Belfort will take on Mike Holston, better known as ‘The Real Tarzann’ on the undercard of the June 19th event headlined by Teofimo Lopez vs. George Kambosos Jr. Ariel Helwani first reported the news on Thursday and evidently it’ll be an eight-round professional bout.
This all comes after this totally legit looking confrontation between Belfort and Holston was shared on social media.

If you’re like me, you are just finding out there’s a person known as ‘The Real Tarzann’ who’s Thankfully the Triller PPV press release has you covered:
Floridian Mike Holston, a.k.a. The Real Tarzann, is a former zookeeper-turned-wild animal “whisperer” and animal conservationist who has become a social media phenomenon with millions of followers through his posts showing his often daring interactions with wild and exotic animals. Holston has posted photos of himself with everything from giraffes, lions and chimpanzees to crocodiles, poisonous frogs, snakes, giant squids and other wildlife. The Real Tarzann as his fans refer to him is known for his almost super-human strength and has trained in MMA and boxing.
Holston has neither boxed nor competed in MMA at an amateur level, let alone as a professional. This ought to go swimmingly.
Belfort’s one boxing match occurred way back in 2006, when he knocked out Josemario Neves in 61 seconds. His last MMA fight was over three years ago, when he was KO’d by Lyoto Machida at UFC 224. He has yet to make his ONE Championship debut and now we’ll see him in the boxing ring, which is exactly what everyone wanted to see for the 44-year-old.
By the way, Belfort’s boxing match will be the same night (but on a different PPV) as Anderson Silva’s pro boxing bout against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. You’re spoiled for choice that evening.
