The “Countdown” has begun.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to the pay-per-view (PPV) market for the final time in 2024, courtesy of the upcoming UFC 310: “Pantoja vs. Asakura” mixed martial arts (MMA) event, locked and loaded for this Sat. night (Dec. 7) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In addition to the flyweight championship headliner pitting reigning division champion, Alexandre Pantoja, opposite 125-pound newcomer, Kai Asakura, the UFC 310 fight card will also feature the welterweight showdown between undefeated contenders Ian Garry and Shavkat Rakhmonov.
The winner is likely to earn the next 170-pound title shot.
Elsewhere on the card, heavyweight hurter Ciryl Gane looks to reestablish himself as one of the best 265-pound fighters in the world at the expense of towering Russian heavyweight Alexander Volkov. All three of the aforementioned matchups got the “Countdown” breakdown in the video above.
