Watch ONE FC Beast Alain Ngalani Take Endless Shots To The Abs

I’m sad to say I’m not as familiar with ONE Championship as I should be, what with 8 hour UFC events going down three times a month these days. That means this is the first exposure I’m getting to heavyweight beast Alain Ngalani, who has a reputation for violent finishes in the cage (win or lose).

Ngalani also has more muscle wrapped around his abdomen than you probably do on your entire body. He used that padding to protect himself from some pretty competent looking body shots during a ONE FC promotional event.

Ngalani is 42 years old, which certainly makes me feel like an underacheiving piece of crap. Check out some of his fight highlights:
