Four titles will be up for grabs on Saturday, September 14th from Wembley Arena, London.
Arguably the biggest promotion in Europe celebrate their 50th show on Saturday, September 14th, when KSW 50 heads to Wembley Arena, London. The company’s first event took place in February 2004. Fifteen years later, the promotion renowned for their theatrics and large-scale production mark their fiftieth event with one of their biggest ever shows. Four titles will be on the line, as stars look to cement themselves among the best fighters in Europe.
One of the hardest hitting welterweights in the world, Roberto Soldic, is the latest name to be added to the card. He will aim to defend his KSW belt for the second time in his current title reign. The man also known as the ‘RoboCop’ has finished a staggering 14 of his 16 wins by knockout, and guarantees action whenever he steps inside the cage. His opponent has yet to be revealed.
KSW 50 is expected to be headlined by a heavyweight clash between defending champion Phil De Fries and Polish UFC veteran, Damian Grabowski. Another of the evening’s title fights sees Norman Parke take on Marion Ziolkowski for the interim lightweight belt—following current champion Mateusz Gamrot’s announced hiatus from the sport.
The promotion’s trailers and fight previews are among the very best in the world at showing the significance of every event and telling the story behind each featured fight. So check out the first KSW 50 trailer, and watch out for more as fight night approaches.
