NEWARK, N.J. – Nate Marquardt is a workhorse of the UFC’s middleweight division, a veteran fighter and a perennial contender.
He’s polite, humble, well-spoken, hard-working and nothing if not a consummate martial artist.
So when Marquardt, who meets late replacement Dan Miller at Saturday’s UFC 128 event, recently unloaded on fellow fighter Michael Bisping and his UFC 127 antics, it carries a little more weight than the usual fighter-on-fighter bashing.
