Dear Joe, I wrote you but you still ain’t callin’ …
It appears Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) flyweight contender, Joseph Benavidez, was cleaning out his closet … and found a bottle of peroxide.
The Team Alpha Male standout will debut his new look at the upcoming UFC 225 pay-per-view (PPV) event, where he collides with Sergio Pettis as part of the “Whittaker vs. Romero 2” mixed martial arts (MMA) extravaganza on Sat., June 9, 2018 inside Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

Benavidez (25-4) makes his first appearance since capturing a split decision win over Henry Cejudo at The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 24 Finale in late 2016, though he’s managed to hang on to his No. 1 spot in the official rankings in spite of his absence.
Pettis (16-3), meanwhile, is trying to rebound from a decision loss to Cejudo, one that snapped a four-fight win streak dating back to early 2015.
Their 125-pound showdown will air on the UFC Fight Pass digital network.
