Zane Simon & Connor Ruebusch are back to breakdown this week’s UFC 251 PPV event at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. With picks and odds for every fight on the card. From Kamaru Usman vs. Jorge Masvidal in the main event down to Davey Grant vs. Martin Day in the opening prelim.
UFC 251 is the promotion’s biggest card in a couple months, and it’s likely to be the biggest card for much of the rest of the summer as well. Even with Cormier vs. Miocic 3 out ahead, nothing planned really compares to the trio of title fights atop this first event on ‘Fight Island.’ In the main event, Jorge Masvidal steps in on just a week’s notice to challenge welterweight champion Kamaru Usman. In the co-main, featherweight king Alexander Volkanovski re-matches the recently dethroned Max Holloway. And before either of those two bouts hit the Octagon, Petr Yan and Jose Aldo throw down for the vacant bantamweight title.
