kept his perfect professional mark intact with a UFC 138 decision win
over Rob Broughton, but the Sunderland native wasn’t satisfied with the
result.

So in preparation for his UFC on FUEL TV 1 bout with Stipe Miocic, De Fries went back to the drawing board.

“I’ve got a new conditioning coach, who I’ve been working with trying to
get my core strength up, so I can maybe rip submissions out a bit
better,” De Fries told MMAjunkie.com. “I’ve been
working a lot with a new boxing coach, just trying to improve my whole
game.”
