Tyron Woodley gets into a Twitter spat with Israel Adesanya, Kamaru Usman, and Dan Hooker.

It’s good to see lockdown bringing out the best of the UFC roster.

Earlier this week Tyron Woodley and Israel Adesanya got into a bit of a back-and-forth on Twitter, with ‘The Last Stylebender’ telling ‘T-Wood’ to ‘sit down’ following the former UFC welterweight champ’s comments about Adesanya being ‘scared of guys with power’.

Well, they’re back for round two, and this time, reigning UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman and Adesanya teammate Dan Hooker felt compelled to join in.

Hooker, who trains with Adesanya out of New Zealand’s City Kickboxing Gym, then posted the cringe-inducing Woodley-Holm, rap-dance video mashup that is currently making the rounds on social media — and it seemed to do the trick.

After putting Hooker in his place, Woodley switched his attention to Usman, who seemed to find Adesanya’s original Tweet hilarious.

‘The Chosen One’ then decided to call it a night after getting the last laugh on Adesanya.

Another day of self-quarantine and another weird, wacky day in the world of MMA. Who’s up for round three?
