Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight title contender, Glover Teixeira, is expecting to get right back into the 205-pound title chase when he collides with late-replacement Corey Anderson in the upcoming UFC Fight Night 134 co-main event in Hamburg, Germany, on Sun., July 22, 2018.

Assuming he wins, of course.

“I’m expecting a great victory,” Teixeira said at the UFC Hamburg media day. “I’m well trained, this campus great. I’m more active and I think I’m right there in line for the title, I’m right there.”

The 205-pound line is getting pretty long.

Teixeira (27-6) has struggled to remain consistent in recent years, alternating wins and losses after stopping Rashad Evans at UFC on FOX 19. It hasn’t done much to hurt his position in the official rankings, where he stands fast at No. 3 in the division.

But would a win over “Overtime” warrant a light heavyweight title shot?
