UFC champ Israel Adesanya has put the entire middleweight division on notice.

Israel Adesanya sent a stern warning to the rest of the middleweight division on Monday, with the reigning champ declaring a public service announcement on Twitter.

“PSA: Middleweights…you’re f—ked,” Adesanya wrote on social media. “Another metamorphosis happened on my 32nd trip around the sun. Bottom line, it has come to my attn that Imma need to #applypressure on everything. But yea, all you c—ts at 185 get better or get better excuses. Have a good day!”

Adesanya’s most recent outing saw the Nigerian-New Zealander return to form with a dominant unanimous decision win over top-five middleweight Marvin Vettori, but it wasn’t quite the spectacular performance many fans had anticipated. It marked ‘The Last Stylebender’s’ return to 185-pounds following his unanimous decision loss to Jan Blachowicz at UFC 259, which saw the former come up short in his bid to become two-division champ.

Adesanya’s next title defense is expected to be against Robert Whittaker, whom he previously beat via second-round KO to become middleweight champ. No date or venue has been announced as of yet.
