A 23 year-old model and ring girl for such promotions as Cage Conquest, JNI Promotions, and Taipan Muay Thai Gym Fight Night, Katia has actually taken up MMA training in various gyms around her native Sydney and plans on making her amateur debut next year.

According to her website, this Australian smokeshow is also a qualified personal fitness trainer who spends her free time on the mats over at Gracie Elite and watching UFC events with her family. Her likes include red wine and Boxing (presumably not at the same time), and her dislikes include Spiders & Blue Cheese, which sounds like an absolutely terrifying culinary experience.

According to her Model Mayhem page, Jessica is a creative-minded singer/songwriter currently using her hotness to pay her way through college. She also appears to be an absolute master of the selfie. It’s the American dream fully realized, folks, except for the part about her not being willing to do nudes. 🙁

Earlier this week, the UFC announced that, in addition to their ever-growing roster of octagon girls in the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Asia, and Australia, 2009 Miss Earth contestant Jamillette Gaxiola and Costa Rican model Betzy Montero will be signing on as the UFC’s official Latin American ring girls. This is no doubt meant to tie in with the upcoming season of TUF Latin Americaand UFC 180, which will mark the UFC’s first ever trip to Mexico, as well as the promotion’s plans to visit Puerto Rico in 2015. When reached for comment about the new ring girls, Fabricio Werdum was strangely silent.

Named one of The 25 Hottest Import Models on Instagram by Complex magazine last year, Nikita is the daughter of a famous Taiwanese actress, singer, dancer and model. Her favorite MMA fighters are Georges St. Pierre and Sean Strickland, and she feels that her “killer legs” are her best feature, but we’ll let you decide.
