A Loss in the Family

The Zuffa family is mourning the loss of in-house graphic designer Nelsen Bernardo, who tragically perished in an automobile accident Monday morning. He was 29.
"Nelsen was a genuinely kind-hearted person who you could lean on for anything," said Sean Shelby, director of talent relations and creative for Zuffa. "I was honored to know him and I was inspired by his enthusiasm and creativity. He will be sorely missed as a friend."

Adrenaline CEO pleased with debut event

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. — It was difficult for Adrenaline CEO Monte Cox not to smile after his event’s debut performance Saturday at the Sears Centre Arena.

“You know, there were a lot of goals I set for this first show and we made the majority of them,” Cox said. “I look at this event as the first step in creating something special in the Midwest. The people who came seemed to really enjoy themselves and I’m sure they’ll continue to support our event.”
