MMA interviewer Nina-Marie Daniele snapped back at a conservative fan who admonished her for wearing a scantily clad outfit while exercising.

Over the last couple of years, the former model and Playboy Playmate has become a fan favorite in the combat sports community courtesy of quirky interviews that often consist of her asking unconventional questions to catch her interviewees off-guard.

However, not everyone is a fan. Especially when the YouTube and TikTok star flaunts her wares.

Recently, Daniele posted a video on social media of her working out while asking fans to take a stab at what she was filming in the comments.

While most of the guesses were humorous, one individual decided to spew some vitriol at the Italian-American over her “classless” attire.

“Absolutely classless behavior from this UFC content creator,” X user @RightWingJerry replied. “This is what happens when women grow up without a strong father figure in their life. No boyfriend who is a real man would put up with their woman doing this. This is who we want our youth watching on their phones?”

In response, Daniele dismissed the ignorant commenter’s criticism with a six-word follow-up.

“Cry about it you puss LOL,” Daniel fired back.

Perhaps @RightWingJerry should just stick to scrolling through Jake Shield’s social media feed. Seems like those two have a lot in common.

Unfortunately, the Arizona-based conservative was far from done ranting and raving to his 145 followers about a woman far more successful than he’ll likely ever be.

Known as Nina Drama on social media, Daniele has developed a strong fan following with 2.4 million followers on Instagram, a whopping four million followers on TikTok, 1.13 million subscribers on YouTube, and over 200,000 followers on X.

Daniele currently has a contract with the UFC and was recently nominated for Personality of the Year at this year’s World MMA Awards.

Daniele, also known by MMA fans as Nina Drama on social media has developed a close relationship with Sean Strickland in recent years. The two have routinely taken friendly digs at one another and even engaged in a Roman Candle battle that nearly saw ‘Tarzan’ lose a nipple.

Recently, UFC CEO Dana White confirmed that Strickland is the next man in line for a title opportunity, likely facing the winner of his Saturday’s UFC 305 headliner between defending champion Dricus Du Plessis and two-time titleholder Israel Adesanya.

Reacting to the news, Daniele echoed one of Strickland’s sentiments when it comes to the fight game.

”To the death,” Daniele wrote in resonse to the news.

How did Nina Drama and Sean Strickland become such good friends?

As for how Daniele and Strickland came to be close friends, we’ll just let the model-turned-UFC interviewer explain.

Strickland first claimed the middleweight title with a lights-out performance against Adesanya at UFC 293 last September. Unfortunately, his reign would be cut short after Du Plessis landed a razor-close split decision win over Strickland in January to take the belt back to South Africa.

Failing to lobby for an immediate rematch, ‘Tarzan’ was paired up with perennial contender Paulo Costa at UFC 302 in June. Though the scorecards were once again split, the consensus had Strickland clearly winning the fight and solidifying his spot as the division’s No. 1 ranked contender.

For those unaware, Daniele is not Mexican. She’s actually French and Italian, something she has reminded ‘Tarzan’ of on more than one occasion.

Of course, Strickland’s constant trolling of Daniele’s heritage is just a bit of fun between the two.

Over the years, the unlikely duo have become close friends. Daniele has often been spotted in videos training alongside the former UFC middleweight world champion.

The two even engaged in a Roman Candle battle that nearly cost Strickland a nipple.

Sean Strickland was last seen inside the Octagon at UFC 302, scoring a split decision win over Paulo Costa. It was a return to the win column for ‘Tarzan’ after he surrendered the 185-pound crown to the current champion, Dricus Du Plessis, five months earlier at UFC 297.

Despite fighting in separate weight classes, the two top-five contenders have traded barbs with one another over the last few years. Though things have quieted down between the two, a prank gone wrong by MMA interviewer Nina-Marie Daniele has seemingly reignited their once fiery feud.

While Daniele’s prank was fairly harmless, if not a little childish, it gave Strickland the ammunition he needed to take a dig at the first-time title challenger.

“If you told him that in person he would put his head down and walk away,” Strickland commented during the Instagram Live feed. “Then try to fight you on Twitter lol.”

It was an unusually tame response for Strickland. Still, it served its purpose, eliciting a scathing response from ‘Remember The Name’ in return.

“If sean tells you he’s gonna fight you to the death,” Muhammad wrote on X. “It means he’s gonna jab you and play defense for 25 minutes … if Sean sees your a harmless kid or homeless man on his ring camera he’s gonna walk out side with a gun and record it to make it seem like he’s crazy … if sean goes on a podcast it means he’s probably gonna cry.”

The opportunity has been a long time coming for Muhammad who is riding a nine-fight win streak, including victories over three top-10 contenders in his last four outings.

Meanwhile, Sean Strickland is set to square off with one-time title challenger Paulo Costa at UFC 302 on June 1. However, their co-main event has been called into question after ‘Tarzan’ claimed that the Brazilian had not yet signed on the dotted line for their potential title eliminator.

Daniele, best known by her online persona Nina Drama, has taken MMA media by storm over the last couple of years with her series of viral interviews that would see her direct some fairly ridiculous and downright uncomfortable questions toward fighters.

But as is the case with any woman trying to infiltrate a largely male-populated sport, there are plenty of haters who believe Daniele doesn’t deserve to have a footprint in the fight game.

Recently, Daniele shared a post on Instagram to promote a Power Slap card going down during UFC 300 weekend. While most of the comments were flattering, one user named juxnitoe stood out as he demanded that someone, presumably Dana White, “get her out of the UFC.”

Instead of getting his wish, juxnitoe drew the wrath of the UFC CEO.

“She’s better then 100% of the media. Let’s get YOU outta here,” White wrote in response.
