The 26-year-old Konrad (4-0) is a two-time NCAA wrestling champion and one of Brock Lesnar’s main training partners. Konrad won both his previous Bellator fights by unanimous decision. Lloret (9-1-1) of Spain is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and a former M-1 Challenge fighter representing Team Spain.

Cole Konrad‘s opponent for Bellator 25 on Aug. 19 in Chicago will be Rogent Lloret, the promotion named Tuesday.

Konrad, one of Brock Lesnar’s main training partners, competed twice last season for Bellator but enters this season as a competitor in its first heavyweight tournament.

Another heavyweight tournament bout slated for the card is Damian Grabowski taking on Scott Barrett. Eddie Sanchez, Mike Hayes and Neil Grove will also participate in the tournament. One competitor is to be announced.
