And hey, it was April Fools after all.
On Monday ‘The Axe Murderer’ Tweeted (@wandfc) that he would be the one replacing injured light heavyweight Alexander Gustafsson this weekend in Sweden, but it turns out he was just joking.

It was a pretty good joke which even had Gustafsson’s opponent Gegard Mousasi hooked on the line (@mousasi_mma).

UFC on FUEL TV 9 is scheduled to take place on April 6, 2013 at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.
