Fedor Emelianenko recently held a seminar at Zealous Nation MMA in New Jersey, and put the fighters through a rather interesting six minute warmup. Still no word on Fedor’s next fight but word is that Fabricio Werdum is out until January so there’s a chance that Fedor will have to fight someone before he gets a chance at a rematch. Alistair Overeem seems to be the best bet, but a lot hinges on what M-1 Global wants. We’ll keep you up to date on all things Fedor.
