A flyweight contest between Patrick Holohan and Louis Gaudinot has been slated for the upcoming UFC Fight Night 54 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on Oct. 4.
Holohan (10-0) is coming off a submission win over Josh Sampo on July 19 at UFC Fight Night 46.
“I’m so grateful to the UFC for getting me back in the Octagon,” said Holohan in a statement. “I don’t care who they put in front of me or where, I’m going to put on the same performance everyone saw in Dublin.”
Gaudinot (6-3, 1 no-contest) defeated Phil Harris in his last trip to the Octagon on March 8, but it was overturned to a no-contest after Gaudinot’s failed drug test.
Rory MacDonald faces Tarec Saffiedine in the main event.
