The upcoming UFC card in Brazil is now complete.
UFC Fight Night 67, scheduled for May 30 at the Goiania Arena in Goiania, will feature the return of the first TUF: Brazil winner Rony Jason against former Legacy FC featherweight champion Damon Jackson. Jason announced the match-up on his Instagram.
Jackson (9-1) suffered his first professional loss in his Octagon debut August, tapping to Yancy Medeiros in the second round at UFC 177. Prior to that bout, “The Leech” finished all of his opponents before the third round.
Jason (14-5) will try to bounce back following a knockout loss to Robbie Peralta in May. With a 4-2 record in the UFC, with three of those victories coming with stoppages, the Brazilian had to pull out of a fight with Tom Niinimaki in December due to an injury.
Carlos Condit vs. Thiago Alves will headline UFC Fight Night 67 in Goiania.
