Does Conor McGregor know something we don’t know? If you look at his latest social media entry, it sure seems that way.
“The Notorious” Conor McGregor, the reigning UFC 145-pound champion who is scheduled to headline what is expected to be UFC’s biggest event of all-time, UFC 200, in a 170-pound rematch against Nate Diaz, appears to be teasing retirement on Twitter.
On Tuesday, McGregor wrote, “I have decided to retire young. Thanks for the cheese. Catch ya’s later.”
Make of that what you will.
UFC 200: Diaz vs. McGregor II is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the brand new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
