Jordan (18-7) confirmed his deal on Twitter recently, with WSOF president Ray Sefo welcoming him aboard.

The 31-year-old former Louisiana State University football player went 5-3 over his last eight appearances for the UFC, including three straight wins. Highlights among that run were finishes over Derrick Lewis and Jared Cannonier.

Jordan made his debut inside the Octagon back in 2012 with a finish of Oli Thompson, adding victories over Mike Russow and Pat Barry to his resume. He previously fought for Strikeforce in the “Challengers” series.
