Featured above are video highlights of the Stipe Miocic vs. Alistair Overeem UFC Heavyweight Championship fight, which served as the main event of the UFC 203 pay-per-view on Saturday night at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
The fight saw Overeem quickly drop Miocic with a big punch and follow-in for an attempted fight-ending guillotine choke. The hometown hero, however, would not only survive, but moments later he would knock out Overeem to retain the UFC Heavyweight Title in his first defense.
