Miller has already fought once in the octagon, a welterweight contest back in 2005 at UFC 52. “Mayhem” lost a unanimous decision to the current 170 lb UFC champion, Georges St-Pierre. Since that time Miller has fought for various promotions including the WEC, DREAM, and Strikeforce.

The host of MTV’s ‘Bully Beatdown’ program is on a two fight win streak having earned a submission win over Japanese star Kazushi Sakuraba last fall at DREAM.16. He earned a first round TKO win over Tim Stout at Strikeforce: Nashville one year ago.

It was at that Nashville show that “Mayhem” confronted Jake Shields in the cage, after Shields defended his title against Dan Henderson, that started the famous brawl which included brothers Nick and Nate Diaz, as well as Strikeforce champ Gilbert Melendez.
