Watch footage from the UFC 247 main event bout between Dominick Reyes and Jon Jones.
Headlining UFC 247 was Jon Jones vs Dominick Reyes, the second of two title fights. As the long time UFC light heavyweight champion looked to extend his unbeaten streak, the bout ended with a pretty controversial decision. Reyes looked great on the first three rounds, and Jones came back on the last two. Somehow all three judges scored it for Jones, including a card that had him winning all four rounds.
Check out highlights of the bout below, along with a snippet from our play-by-play of the event.
Round 5 – Reyes with a left. Low kick. Jones shoots in and gets Reyes to his butt. He tries to climb his back but Reyes gets up. Jones keeps pressing with the takedown attempts but Reyes spins out. Jones checks a Reyes leg kick. Jones with his own low kick. Left from Jones. He misses with a spinning back kick. Jones misses with a head kick and eats a left hook. Reyes has a small cut beside his eye. Reyes jabbing. Side kick from Jones. Jones rips a head kick. Reyes ducks away and circles. Jones pressing but is it too late? 10-9 Jones, 48-47 Reyes on my card.
