Justin Jaynes made the most out of his short-notice fight earlier tonight (Sat., June 20, 2020) at UFC on ESPN 11 live on ESPN/ESPN+ from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the Octagon newcomer finished veteran Frank Camacho via TKO (punches) just 41 seconds into the first round.
Evident by the time of stoppage, Jaynes wasted no time jumping on Camacho to land heavy punches in bunches. Having taken the lightweight bout on a few days notice it was a good gameplan for Jaynes to start out fast. Camacho responded with some good counters and ended up cutting Jaynes above the right eye, but “Guitar Hero” kept pushing forward for the finish.

With this performance, Jaynes crashes into the UFC’s 155-pound division with a memorable TKO finish over a very tough veteran. The 31-year-old prospect now has a massive win under his belt and may have just earned himself a well-deserved UFC contract, especially if the promotion needs another late filler over the next few months.
