The UFC welterweight was caught on video punching and dropping what looked to be a much older man. Perry was also repeatedly screaming racial slurs after throwing the punch, and the footage has since gone viral.

According to MMA Fighting, police in Lubbock, Texas say that there were three victims in the incident. Michael Joseph Perry was questioned on the scene, but was not arrested. A misdemeanor Class A assault charge is listed, and he will be required to show up in court, facing a possible fine of $500.
TMZ has also obtained the police report, which says the old man punched in the video appeared unconscious when the officers arrived, and was then transported to the hospital. The report also states that one of the victims Perry struck was a woman:
a witness told police that during the altercation at Perry’s table, the UFC fighter struck a woman who was ID’d as a friend of Perry’s girlfriend. Unclear if she was injured in the incident.
The 28-year-old UFC fighter took to twitter shortly after the incident.

Perry is coming off a win on his last UFC bout, winning a decision against Mickey Gall last June.
