UFC legend Georges St-Pierre will once again play Batroc.
In 2014, Georges St-Pierre was part of the Captain America: The Winter Soldier movie, playing the role of Batroc the Leaper (Watch his fight scene here).
Filming for a Marvel spin off series called The Falcon and The Winter Soldier has restarted again after the coronavirus pandemic halted it earlier. As revealed by photos from the set of the Disney+ show, St-Pierre will be reprising his role as the French supervillain.

The show, which will be part of Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, was originally set to premiere in 2020, until production was halted by the pandemic. The new release date has yet to be officially announced, but it is said to consist of six episodes.
St-Pierre, who is one of the all-time UFC greats, officially retired from mixed martial arts competition in 2019. The now 39-year-old last fought in November 2017, where he won the UFC middleweight title after four years away from the sport.
