UFC bantamweight Joseph Benavidez sits down at the Tapout training center after a workout with trainer Shawn Tompkins to offer an update on his current activities. Benavidez has decided to spend some time in Las Vegas training while he was in town for the UFC Fighter Summit, as well as cornering a few teammates at local events.

The Team Alpha Male fighter also offers some thoughts about training with teammate Urijah Faber as he prepares for his title fight with UFC bantamweight champ Dominick Cruz. Benavidez has already fought Cruz for the WEC 135 lb title, losing a split decision at WEC 50 last August.

The video was shot before the announcement on Tuesday that he would face Eddie Wineland next at the upcoming UFC on Versus 5 event.
