For Ronda Rousey, who is a professional mixed-martial-artist and fourth degree black belt in judo, there’s no hesitation in walking right through ALL of her opponents.

Her three amateur MMA bouts ended in the first minute as well as her two professional bouts—all of which were won by submission due to armbar.

She made her professional debut in March of this year at a King of the Cage event in California.

The “submission of the day” comes from her most recent bout, which came against kickboxing champion Charmaine Tweet on June 17, 2011 at an HKFC event in Alberta, Canada.

It lasted only 49 seconds before the 2008 Olympic bronze medalist transitioned from mount to armbar, submitting her opponent in impressive fashion.

Alongside her accomplishments in the Olympics, her judo credentials include winning a silver medal at the 2007 World Championships and a gold medal in the 2008 Pan American Games.

She is currently ranked No. 10 in the women’s 145-pound division according to the Unified Women’s MMA Rankings.
