Bellator 48 official for Aug. 20 at Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun

Bellator Fighting Championships’ third and final 2011 “Summer Series” event will take place in Connecticut.

As MMAjunkie.com first reported, Bellator 48 will take place on Aug. 20 at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn.

Bellator officials recently announced the new show, which will host the
final bout of the promotion’s “Summer Series” featherweight tournament.
