Conor McGregor keeps making headlines for the wrong reasons, and he is being sued again after reportedly punching an Italian DJ. The alleged victim Francesco Facchinetti and his wife shared the story on social media, claiming McGregor is “unstable” and “violent” for punching him out of nowhere.

Michael Bisping reacted to the news, noting the trend of McGregor’s violent behavior towards the likes of the old man at the bar, Machine Gun Kelly, and now Facchinetti.

“At some point Conor’s gotta get his shit together. Because this is gonna end badly one day. You need people around you that are gonna tell you ‘no.’ You need people that are gonna hold you accountable,” Bisping said.

“It seems like a long time ago, he was a double champ of the world. I was a fan of that guy. I’m not a fan of this guy. I don’t think anyone is a fan of this guy,” Bisping said. “And I think that soon he’s going to run out of steam. The train is going to run out of steam. Conor can’t continue like this and one day he’s gonna pick on the wrong person

“And by the way, the old guy at the bar, Machine Gun Kelly and Francesco Facchinetti, these aren’t tough guys,” he said. “I’m not trying to sound tough for myself but he’s not starting on me. The guys he’s starting fights with aren’t 6-foot-5, covered in tattoos and on steroids. Francesco Facchinetti looks like he couldn’t punch his way out of a wet paper bag. Machine Gun Kelly looks like the biggest wimp you’ve ever seen in your life and the old guy in the bar is an old guy at the bar.

“If he’s truly this much of a badass, go and pick on someone — not your own size because picking on someone your own size isn’t hard is it? — pick on someone that can fight. You’re a professional fighter. You are supposed to be looking for challenges but what he is essentially turned into right now is a bully you know and no one likes a bully.”

The UFC champion turned commentator says he used to be a fan of McGregor, but thinks people don’t want to see him acting like a “bully” in recent years.

“The guy needs help,” Bisping said. “He needs people around him to pull him to one side and have a word. I would say go speak to a professional. I think maybe some anger management… maybe a psychiatrist, because it isn’t going to end well.

“What happens if he punches Francisco Facchinetti and he goes down and cracks his head and dies? Then Conor’s locked up or someone gets seriously hurt… or Francisco Facchinetti is tied to the Italian mob. He gets a bullet in his head. There’s a lot of different ways this could go.

“What I’m saying is no one wants to see this. The version of Conor McGregor that people like is the one that’s in the Octagon beating people up, not this guy.”

Bisping makes good points, but he is wrong about one thing. Despite the ugly “trash talk,” numerous arrests, legal issues, physical altercations, and even disturbing allegations far worse than this one, one quick look at social media will show you that McGregor still has a whole lot of fans that don’t care about any of that.
