Two of the biggest boxing stars in the world will be back in action later today (Sat., Dec. 23, 2023) at “Day of Reckoning” live on DAZN PPV from inside Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder close out the year will an absolute bang.
While fight fans were hoping Joshua and Wilder will be fighting each other this weekend in Saudi Arabia that won’t be the case. Joshua, who has won his last two trips to the ring, will be headlining the event against veteran Otto Wallin. Wilder, who is making his return to action for the first time in 14 months, will be matched up against Joseph Parker in the co-headliner.
The PPV undercard is stacked with additional boxing standouts like Dmitry Bivol, Daniel Dubois, Jarrell Miller, and undefeated Russian powerhouse Arslanbek Makhmudov, but the two main attractions are what fight fans want to see most. But with a stacked undercard, when exactly will Joshua and Wilder make their respective walks to the ring?
Luckily, the PPV main card stars bright and early at 11 a.m. ET so fight fans won’t have to wait all day for this event to play out. After the six undercard fights take place, Wilder vs. Parker is expected to start around 4:30 p.m. ET. That fight could end early given Wilder’s incredible knockout ability, but as of now the Joshua vs. Wallin main event will start after that around 5:30 p.m. ET.
