Brazilian lightweight Rafaello ‘Tractor’ Oliveira (14-5) says his hand is still injured and that he won’t be able to compete next month at UFC on FX 1.

Guys unhappily I won’t be able to fight @ufc Nashville , my hand still hurts a lot , I was really looking forward to fight on my state 🙁

Oliveira had been schedued to face newcomer Reza ‘Mad Dog’ Madadi (11-2) at the Tennessee event. No official word has been released by the UFC at time of writing.

UFC on FX 1 (aka UFC on FX: Guillard vs. Miller and UFC Fight Night 26) is set to take place on January 20, 2012 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. The event is headlined by a lighweight bout between Melvin Guillard and Jim Miller.

Oliveira is currently in his second stint with the UFC, and is 0-2 in that run. ‘Tractor’ was released in March 2010 after a decision loss to Andre Winner, going 1-2 in the Octagon at that time. The Brazilian would then win four straight with small regional promotions to earn his way back into the UFC. Oliveira would make his return at UFC 130 versus Gleison Tibau. He would lose that fight by second round submission, and then most recently, would wind up losing to Yves Edwards at UFC on Verus 6 via second round TKO.
