Dana White watched UFC Macau in the early hours of the morning like most of us, but at least the UFC CEO was posted up at a blackjack table during the action. It’s good to know White has his priorities in order as the biggest combat promoter in the world.

UFC’s return to China was not a time-friendly one for fight fans here in the U.S. That’s because the “Prelims” undercard began at 3 a.m. ET. It was necessary for the fight fans attending the event live in Macau, but it left hardcore fans tired and sleepy for the early morning start.

As for White, he was able to sit down at a card table when the undercard began. It’s no secret that White is an avid blackjack player and likes to gamble ridiculous amounts of money during his free time, but the UFC CEO was putting his card skills to the test during a fight card he was supposed to be promoting. One that ultimately had fight fans struggling to keep their eyes open.

White shared his table time via live feed during UFC Macau’s main card opener between light heavyweights Zhang Mingyang and Ozzy Diaz (which ended with a gnarly knockout finish). The UFC CEO spoke about the fights for about a minute before he cut the feed short as his hand was being dealt.

Luckily for fight fans, UFC Macau produced incredible results from start to finish. This included a massive head kick finish that led to a fighter being stretchered off, a brutal spinning wheel kick knockout, and an upset submission loss for Wang Cong.

We’re not sure if White caught any of it.
