UFC sophomore Eric ‘Little Lee’ Wisely (19-7) has agreed to replace an injured Akira Corassani versus Jason ‘Shotgun’ Young (8-5) in a featherweight bout as part of the upcoming UFC on FUEL TV: Nogueira vs. Gustafsson card.

News of the change was announced Saturday evening by officials at UFC.com.

The sold-out UFC on FUEL TV fight night in Stockholm, Sweden, has added two fights to its roster. With Akira Corassani sidelined due to injury, midwestern scrapper Eric Wisely will step in for the injured TUF alum to take on Jason Young in what will be a featherweight battle of striking specialists.

UFC on FUEL TV: Nogueira vs. Gustafsson (aka UFC on FUEL TV 2) marks the first visit by the Ultimate Fighting Championship to the Scandinavian region, with the event set to take place on April 14, 2012 at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.

Wisely debuted with the UFC this past January versus Charles Oliveira at the FUC on FOX 2 show, with both fighters making their featherweight debuts. Oliveira would use a calf slicer submission to end the fight in the first round. The loss put’s ‘Little Lee’s’ record at 1-2 in his last three matches, having joined the UFC off a second round TKO win last November.

Young will need a win if he hopes to remain with the UFC having dropped two straight in both of his Octagon appearances. His last bout took place in November, a decision loss to Michihiro Omigawa at UFC 138. The other loss came against Dustin Poirier by the same result at UFC 131.
