UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre posted the latest video of his “Road to Recovery” as he rehabs his knee after an injury and surgery to repair the damage. The champ shows off some of his progress through several strength and conditioning exercises. GSP hopes to return this November and will likely face interim title holder Carlos Condit.
