Vitor Belfort is aiming high following his knockout win over Evander Holyfield this Saturday night on FITE TV pay-per-view (PPV).

Belfort, who came out swinging in just his second professional boxing match, ended up stopping Holyfield on the feet in the very first round. The former UFC light heavyweight champion was expected to win after Holyfield filled in for Oscar De La Hoya just last week, but Belfort made it look too easy.

After his win, “Phenom” took his opportunity to call out none other than social media star Jake Paul, who is coming off a decision win over former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley in a boxing match just two weeks ago (see it HERE).

“We got $25 million dollars winner takes all,” said Belfort during his post-fight interview (shown above). “Hey, Jake Paul. Stop running from me man. I’m going to teach you a lesson. You can be my kid. You’re going to meet daddy over here at Triller. Stop running you little b—ch.’

After Belfort’s unexpected rant Triller executives grabbed the microphone to push the offer up to $30 million. They also called for the proposed Vitor Belfort vs. Jake Paul boxing match to happen this coming Thanksgiving.

Paul, who is no longer interested in a rematch with Woodley because of one silly tattoo, might be intrigued by this type of matchup. Belfort is another aging former UFC champion with credentials to push Paul to the next level. However, Belfort is no Tyron Woodley. “Phenom” is one of the most feared strikers in MMA history and someone that is going to try to kill Paul from the opening bell.

We’ll have to wait and see if Paul takes the bait. What do you think?

Former UFC champion Vitor Belfort made quick work of boxing legend Evander Holyfield earlier tonight (Sat., Sept. 11, 2021) live on FITE TV pay-per-view (PPV) from inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., as “Phenom” stopped Holyfield in the very first round.

Holyfield tried to paw his jab in the early going but his efforts were noticeably labored. It didn’t come as a surprise considering Holyfield’s media workout earlier this week, but fight fans were hoping for more. Belfort waited to pounce and scored a significant knockdown with a nice uppercut. Holyfield returned to his feet and the former UFC fighter clobbered him until the referee waved it off.

Anderson Silva absolutely melted Tito Ortiz earlier tonight (Sat., Sept. 11, 2021) live on FITE TV pay-per-view (PPV) from inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., as “Spider” ended “Huntington Beach Bad Boy” in their co-main event boxing match with a first-round knockout. It was a quick and brutal ending to the matchup of former UFC champions.

Ortiz rushed out of the gate and tried to unload on Silva. “Spider” played his tricks and moved around in the pocket to avoid the shots. Luckily for Silva, Ortiz’s punches seemed to be moving in slow-motion. It allowed Silva to time a perfect right hand that clipped Ortiz and had him hurt along the ropes. One final left hand by Silva ended up faceplanting Ortiz on the canvas and ending the co-headliner in dramatic fashion.

Former WBA heavyweight champion David Haye made easy work of Joe Fournier earlier tonight (Sat., Sept. 11, 2021) live on FITE TV pay-per-view (PPV) from inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., winning the opening PPV fight via unanimous decision.

Despite Haye’s track record as a top-tier heavyweight with knockout power he did very little to put the pressure on Fournier. Instead, it was Fournier who pushed the pace and took the action to the former heavyweight champion. Haye’s headwork and movement allowed him to stay out of harm’s way and land the shots he needed to win on the judges’ scorecards.

One of the most interesting boxing matches of the year will go down this evening (Sat., Sept. 11, 2021) live on FITE TV pay-per-view (PPV) from inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., with Evander Holyfield filling in for Oscar De La Hoya in a main event clash with former UFC champion Vitor Belfort.
